Founder and Chief Steward, Cocoa360

Shadrack is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Cocoa360 – a nonprofit organization that leverages existing community resources to provide access to education and healthcare in rural Ghana. Here, he leads a team of over 45 full-time staff members who have cared for over 14,410 patients, served 8 communities and counting, delivered over 100 babies, reached over 35,000 farmers, and currently educate 270 young girls.

Co-founder and Board Member, African Research Academies for Women (ARA-W)

In 2013, Shadrack co-founded the African Research Academies to help encourage more African women to take up STEM education to reduce the gender inequality in STEM careers.
